Sliding Scale Pricing...

MFC is on a sliding scale pricing structure to help everyone get to the event.  Please pay at the level which you can afford as there are limited numbers of the lower income tickets.

All tickets are all inclusive.  Everyone will receive meals, all classes and many hours of dancing!  Sleeping arrangements are rustic cabins or tent/RV camping.  Tents/RV's not included. Bedding NOT provided for anyone.

Many Hands Make Light Work...

It takes an immense amount of work to make MFC amazing. In the spirit of coming together as a community to create a great event, all participants will agree to volunteer for 1 hour of the event.  We appreciate you and your willingness to be a part of the team!

Giving Back Ticket Perks...

People registering at the 'Giving Back' level will receive ONE choice of a special perk to make your weekend even more comfortable and amazing.  Giving Back tickets help compensate for the lower income tickets.  If you can 'give back' we appreciate your contribution to the community. Giving Back perks include ONE choice of:

  • Priority choice on cabins (including the 10 person cabin with heat or choosing your cabin of 4)

  • Sleep in the 10 person group cabin with heat/electricity/bathroom (Limited space available)

  • Exemption from the required one hour of volunteer work

  • Special snack/goodie bag to make your weekend even better

Two steps to complete your registration:
Step one: Click on the icon to purchase your ticket.  Every ticket must have a separate name and email.  If you are purchasing at ticket for someone else, use their name and email.

Step two: Fill Out Appropriate Google Form on the Thank You page after checkout
Note: If you are buying more than one ticket - Each purchase must be made with a different name and email address!

Covid Policy

  1. All participants agree to do a rapid test onsite during the registration process. Tests will be provided. Anyone who tests positive as well as their carpool will NOT be allowed to attend MFC 2024. In the case that you test positive onsite, your ticket is fully transferable. If you are unable to transfer your ticket to another attendee, we will offer you a $90 refund. We strongly recommend testing on your own before joining your carpool for the trip!

  2. All participants agree to retest if they develop symptoms while at MFC. If you test positive you agree to immediately isolate or leave the event.  

  3. Masks are optional. However, participants are strongly encouraged to bring N95, KN95 or KF94 masks to have on hand at the event to wear if need be. 

  4. All participants agree to practice safe covid protocols in the days leading up to the event. Including, but not limited to wearing a mask on the airplane if you are traveling to come to MFC.

Proof of vaccination is currently not required. MFC reserves the right to change these policies at anytime to abide by city, state and national guidelines.

  • 93% Refund before March 31st

  • No refunds after March 31st

  • April 1-17: Tickets are transferable for a $20 fee.  

  • No transfers after April 17th
